Smart Factory Integrated Management Platform

JR Energy Solution’s Smart Factory Integrated Management System connects MES, APS, EMS, PMS, and WMS into a single platform, allowing real-time integrated control of production, equipment, energy, quality, and logistics across the entire battery manufacturing process.

The system visualizes complex process flows in a clear and intuitive way, enabling both managers and new operators to use it easily. It also provides optimal production planning, equipment stability, and consistent quality through automated data analytics.
With this integrated system, JR Energy Solution is building an intelligent and high-efficiency battery manufacturing environment.

Phase 01

System and Factory Pre-Design

We analyzed and predicted overall factory operations in advance to define the optimal system architecture.

Phase 02

Factory Equipment Installation and System Build-Out

Based on the design, we built the smart factory system and carried out full factory testing.

Phase 03

System Completion and Real Production

The completed system was applied to

actual production, and we refined its performance by reviewing the entire operation process.

JRBS Solution

Our JRBS solution systematically supports the entire process—from pre-designing the factory’s operational structure in the early stages, to building the actual equipment and systems, and ensuring a stable transition into real production environments.

FMS

We monitor the operating status of factory equipment in real time and verify operational stability.

EMS

We centrally manage the overall factory environment and define optimal conditions for stable operation.

MES

We track the flow of the production process and manage each manufacturing step in a structured, organized manner.

WMS

We efficiently manage and operate factory materials and finished goods.

APS

We establish precise production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization and support an efficient production workflow.

Solution Effectiveness
